Here is a creative solution from JK Adams for serving your favorite bread with a fine dipping oil. The solid maple plank has been carefully "aged", hand sanded and lightly distressed to provide the look of a family heirloom that's been passed down for generations. The 20" x 6" x ¾" thick board holds a removable stoneware bowl for olive oil. The bowl features artwork by acclaimed Napa artist Michel Stong. Just remove the bowl and flip the board over for use as a full-surface cutting board. The board cleans up with just warm soapy water, and a prompt drying with a soft towel. Rub frequently with mineral oil to maintain the finish. The stoneware bowl is dishwasher safe.
