Here is a set that will delight anyone who enjoys baking. This custom set collected by Scarlet Oak Woodworks consists of a handy non-stick flexible plastic dough mat, a 5 piece set of aluminum pie shields, a 20" long tapered rolling pin preferred for rolling out round doughs, and a 18" long straight-barrel rolling pin with 10" long by 2¼" diameter barrel preferred for rolling pasta dough and for general use. The 18" by 24" dough mat contains handy measuring guides along the edges in inch and metric scales. It has circle guides in standard sizes from 5" through 16" diameter. Handy reference recipes for pizza dough, pie crust, sugar cookies, biscuits, and more are printed around the periphery of the mat. Place the aluminum pie crust shields over the edges of pies from 9 to 10½ inches diameter. When the mat isn't in use just roll it up around one of the rolling pins and secure with a rubberband.
